Delete your REVIORI account

You can permanently delete your REVIORI account and the data associated with it either in the REVIORI app or by sending a request from the web.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to REVIORI.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Scroll to Delete account.
  4. Confirm the two deletion warnings.

The deletion process begins immediately. Simply uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email to support@reviori.com from the email address connected to your REVIORI account.

Use the subject: REVIORI account deletion request

Include:

  • the email address connected to the account;
  • your REVIORI username, if known; and
  • a clear statement that you want the REVIORI account and associated data permanently deleted.

Request account deletion by email

Never send us your password. We may reply to the registered email address to verify that the request comes from the account owner. If you cannot access that address, explain the situation in your message; we may request other reasonable proof of account ownership.

What will be deleted?

After verification, REVIORI will permanently delete or remove from its active systems the account and data associated with it, including:

  • authentication account and account identifiers;
  • public profile information and profile image;
  • vehicles, vehicle details, main photos, and gallery images;
  • comments, ratings, follows, and in-app notifications; and
  • blocks, reports, and other community records linked to the account, where they are not required for a legal or safety reason.

Deleting your account is permanent. You will no longer be able to sign in or recover the deleted profile, vehicles, ratings, or other content.

Processing time and limited retention

In-app deletion normally begins immediately. Verified email requests will be processed without undue delay and ordinarily within 30 days. We will contact you if more information is required.

Limited information may remain temporarily in protected backups or security logs until their normal retention period expires. We may retain specific records for longer only where reasonably necessary to comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, protect users and the service, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Retained information will not be used to keep the deleted account active.

Delete only specific data

If you want to remove specific content or request access, correction, or another privacy action without deleting the entire account, email support@reviori.com and describe the request.
