REVIORI Terms of Use

Effective date: 12 August 2026
Version: Beta 1.0

These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern your use of the REVIORI mobile application, website, and related services (together, REVIORI). REVIORI is operated by Sander Moks, Spain. Contact: support@reviori.com.

By creating an account or using REVIORI, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use REVIORI.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use REVIORI. You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. You may not use REVIORI if your account has previously been permanently suspended, unless we have expressly permitted it.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless it resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

Usernames must not impersonate another person or organisation, mislead users, infringe rights, or contain prohibited content. We may require a username to be changed when reasonably necessary.

3. What REVIORI provides

REVIORI is a social car community where users can publish vehicle profiles and photos, view feeds and rankings, rate vehicles, comment, follow users, receive notifications, report content, and block users.

Ratings, scores, ranks, feeds, and recommendations are generated from available community activity and technical rules. They are provided for entertainment and community use and are not professional valuations, technical inspections, safety assessments, or proof of ownership, condition, performance, legality, or authenticity.

The beta service may change, contain errors, or experience interruptions. We may add, remove, test, or modify features when reasonably necessary to operate and improve REVIORI.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of content you upload or publish. You must have all rights and permissions needed to share it. This includes vehicle photos, profile images, comments, names, logos, and descriptions.

You must not publish another person's private information without a lawful basis or permission. Consider hiding unnecessary licence plates, faces, addresses, documents, and other identifying details.

You are responsible for your content and for complying with applicable laws. REVIORI does not endorse user content and is not responsible for agreements, disputes, purchases, modifications, driving behaviour, or other actions between users.

5. Licence to operate REVIORI

When you upload or publish content, you grant REVIORI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, moderate, promote within the service, and improve REVIORI.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content. It ends when the content or account is deleted, except where copies must temporarily remain in backups, where content has been shared and cannot reasonably be withdrawn immediately, or where retention is required for safety, legal compliance, or legal claims.

6. Prohibited conduct and content

You must follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

  • upload content you do not own or have permission to use;
  • post illegal, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or dangerously misleading content;
  • expose personal or confidential information without authorisation;
  • impersonate another person, business, vehicle owner, or official account;
  • manipulate ratings, rankings, follows, reports, or other features through fake accounts, coordinated activity, automation, payment, threats, or deception;
  • post spam, advertising, scams, malware, or unrelated material;
  • attempt to bypass image checks, blocking, access controls, rate limits, or moderation;
  • scrape, reverse engineer, attack, overload, or misuse REVIORI except where applicable law expressly permits an activity; or
  • use REVIORI to organise illegal street racing, dangerous driving, or other unlawful or seriously unsafe conduct.

7. Image review and moderation

Selected uploaded images may be automatically checked for suitability and safety. Automated checks can make mistakes and do not guarantee that approved content complies with these Terms.

Users can report vehicles, comments, and profiles and can block other users. We may review reports and may reject, hide, restrict, remove, or preserve content; issue warnings; limit features; or suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, comply with law, or investigate misuse.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasons for a moderation decision and an available way to challenge it. Contact support@reviori.com if you believe a decision was incorrect. Repeated unfounded or abusive reports may themselves lead to restrictions.

8. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe content on REVIORI infringes your copyright, trademark, or other rights, email support@reviori.com with:

  • your contact details;
  • identification of the protected work or right;
  • the REVIORI content and enough information to locate it;
  • why you believe the use is unauthorised; and
  • a statement that the information supplied is accurate.

We may request additional information and may restrict or remove content while reviewing a claim.

9. REVIORI intellectual property

REVIORI's software, interface, branding, logo, design, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant only a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended. They do not grant ownership of REVIORI or permission to copy its branding or software.

10. Account suspension and deletion

You may stop using REVIORI at any time and can delete your account in Account → Delete account. Deleting the app does not delete your account.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach, illegal conduct, security risk, harm to users or the service, or where required by law. When reasonable and legally permitted, we will consider the severity, frequency, context, and consequences and may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

11. Third-party services

REVIORI relies on service providers, including Supabase for backend infrastructure and OpenAI for automated image review. Their availability may affect REVIORI. Links or integrations with third-party services do not mean that REVIORI controls or endorses those services. Their own terms and policies may apply.

12. Availability and liability

We aim to keep REVIORI secure and available, but the service is provided on an as available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage of content, or the accuracy of user content, rankings, or automated checks.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Subject to those mandatory rights, REVIORI is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or user conduct. You remain responsible for keeping copies of important content.

Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

13. Changes to REVIORI or these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, safety, technical, or service changes. We will publish the updated version and effective date. Where a change materially affects users, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable. Continued use after the effective date means that the updated Terms apply; if you do not agree, you may stop using REVIORI and delete your account.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts will have jurisdiction as determined by applicable consumer and procedural law.

Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@reviori.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

15. General

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission. We may transfer operation of REVIORI as part of a lawful reorganisation, financing, or sale while preserving applicable user rights.
